You are correct in saying that the birthday party was too noisy. Our restaurant is not designed to be a place for “out of control” rambunctious events. It is embarrassing to us, as you can imagine, because we want everyone to enjoy their evening without spoiling the ambiance. (In other situations we have moved people to quieter areas as soon as we could, in order to keep the noise separated from the rest of the restaurant. But unfortunately we didn’t control the situation effectively on the night in question.) Please know that the noise level that night was not the norm, and we would be happy to discuss it further if you want to call the restaurant. 316-777-0045.

My last visit to Luciano's was one to remember, but not because of the food. The atmosphere was terrible. I couldn't stand all the noise. Someone was having a birthday party in the main serving area and it was out of control. |

I've been hearing about this restaurant at work and had the opportunity to finally try it out. Let's just say I will be returning as I savored every last piece of my entree, Tortellini. It was fantastico. |

My husband and I recently ate at Luciano's and had a wonderful experience. We did have to stare at a port-a-potty across the street. The food was delicious and the prices are steep. Our waitress was kind and friendly. We are going back when we can afford it. |

Hear, hear, on the singles night :) Just recently referred to Luciano's. I love it - I can almost imagine that I am somewhere other than my own back yard. The way Luciano describes Kansas does make me realize the precious beauty of this area. I brought 2 of my 8 children there for a special night out. Everything we tried was exquisite, but the creme brulee was a sweet melody in my mouth! The servers were perfect, atmosphere boisterous yet intimate, decor is homey in a foreign kind of way.. I can't wait to visit again. I send everyone I know there! |

My first experience at Luciano's was with a large group of friends who shared dinner family-style. The cheese bowls were works of art and, dare I say, like cheating on the regular salads we eat, satiation for our taste buds. We shared several house wines and those we brought along, finished off with creme brulee, tiramisu and some type of custard, I believe. I next returned for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend, when we each enjoyed the $35 terra dinner. The Rotella d Maiale was bellissimo! Then two Sundays ago we celebrated our 14-month anniversary and shared a wonderful, romantic meal, compromised only because my boyfriend selected the better dish. Ciao bello! |
