Join us every Friday & Saturday evening for a thoughtfully portioned 5 Course Dinner that leaved you full but not overwhelmed.

This $40 per person Menu has limited portions & is ready at 5 pm both Evenings. For $10 more you can get 5 - 3 oz specially paired with each course.

House made round Focaccia Bread baked and topped

with Imported ground White Truffles & Parmesan

 

 2nd Course

Vellutata Fredda  di Gamberetti

Shrimp, Garlic, Olive Oli, Salt, Pepper, White Wine, Gluten Free Flour sautéed

together then pureed together w/ a touch of Tomato Sauce

 

3rd Course

Maltagliati e Sugo di Carne

House-made Maltagliati Pasta with slowly cooked

Meat Sauce, a touch of Cream & Imported Swiss Cheese

 

4th Course

Costine Affumicate

Smoked Ribs marinated in Herbs & Spices then Baked

Served with steamed Potatoes sauteed with Garlic & Olive Oil

Chef’s Choice Dessert
